#10 Mica le John, Founder of 2Swim
Description
Mica Le John is the Co-Founder and CEO of 2SWIM, a social messaging platform with an emphasis on close connections and private communities. 2SWIM will soon be open to everyone but is currently for BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and womxn-centric communities. Think of it as a new way of digital connection where members can connect with like-minded, open, and empathetic individuals. Mica is a jack-of-all trades: in addition to leading the 2SWIM team, she is also currently teaching feminism to girls in China, mentoring youth interested in the tech space, and writing her own book! In this episode, we learn how Mica uses organization to thrive, how being confident in herself helped her create the life she wanted, and how 2SWIM is transforming the social media space in order to create inclusive communities for all.
